Since 2008, Bring It Back to Normal (BIBTN) has provided opportunities for students to give back to the community that is home to Illinois State University. The event takes place in April each year.
This spring BIBTN is scheduled to take place during the afternoon of Friday, April 14. Those interested in participating should complete the volunteer registration and report to VRO 103 on the day of the event for check-in. During check-in you will be assigned to one of the three service locations.

Please note, this event is scheduled for April 14 assuming that the weather will allow for service activities. Should bad weather occur, the event will be postponed for Friday, April 21. It is assumed that all registrants will be available to volunteer for this rain date.
Historically during BIBTN, students help residents with "spring cleaning" tasks like raking leaves, planting, cleaning windows, or moving boxes. However, with the COVID-19 pandemic we could not do this and, instead, worked with local organizations. We will continue to do that this year. We'll be working in local parks and doing outdoor work with local organizations.
