Bring it Back to Normal

Since 2008, Bring It Back to Normal (BIBTN) has provided opportunities for students to give back to the community that is home to Illinois State University. The event takes place in April each year.

Locations

Historically during BIBTN, students help residents with "spring cleaning" tasks like raking leaves, planting, cleaning windows, or moving boxes. However, with the COVID-19 pandemic we could not do this and, instead, worked with local organizations. We continued to do that in 2023 working with Normal Parks and Recreation, Ecology Action Center, and Parklands Foundation. We will soon determine what types of projects will occur in 2024.
